The healthiest people on the planet are the ones that
1.) eat right (there is much to be said about how to do this)
2.) exercise regularly( to define that, moderate activity for about an hour per day on six days of the week)
3.) get adjusted regularly.
Here is the neat part about doing this. You will avoid so many health problems. Most of us think we are too busy to do these basic things. If you spend your time, money and effort on these fundamental things you will improve and maintain your health.
